Hold on to creativity...

These days more than ever I need something to ease anxieties...

I have thought about restarting my writing here more times than words in this post. I have been procrastinating so much that I am 100% pro at it! It is not really a reason to be proud...

There is one thing that helps me, knowing that I am not alone in this maze of manic thoughts marathon... Third lockdown is shit!

However there is no bad without good.

When I look back, last year has been good to us. We are one year in OUR home. Have done so much to be warm and comfortable.

I have earned no money this year and spent all I had on the house in beautifying efforts. Ooh, how I loved that part! The spending, I mean! :D

And of course decorating part has been blessing in these times.
Some might think I have done all house but its only one room and hallway that is 99% complete. I plan and do it all by myself with help of my husband for heavy stuff and extra dirty parts, like tiling.

I am the one sitting on the hooole while my husband works all the way through this covid saga.

I have been so lucky to be able to source materials and bits and bobs online and at most part in local stores. I would love to get everything locally but in Ireland that is IMPOSSIBLE. And that is very very sad!

I cannot justify my complaining, it will all pass. By the summer it should.
Just a week ago or so I have gone on a mad dash!
Booked 4 online courses to learn new skills and create some stuff. Ordered materials I will be using and feeling very upbeat.

Pumped up, lads ! feeling pumped up!

I might be just influenced and unconsciously guided by that Vision Board I made for 2021.
Year doesn't matter, but timeline is kinda important.

It is Joanne Condon's short course of How to make Vision Board.

I think I made mine quite right because every time I look at it, it makes me smile. Just leaves me feeling happy. Calms me bloody nerves!!!
Roll on 2021!!!!
I am ready, armed with cement bags, carving tools, paint cans, plywood sheets, saws and staplers, galore of books to read....
Talk to you soon
Dace
